Cordis Auckland Pinnacle Tower
Callander Electrical Projects proudly delivered the electrical, data, access control, MATV, and PA systems installation for the landmark Cordis Auckland Pinnacle Tower — a world-class hospitality development that has redefined Auckland’s skyline.
Standing 17 storeys tall, the Pinnacle Tower adds 244 premium rooms and signature suites to Cordis Auckland, making it the largest hotel in New Zealand with a total of 640 rooms and suites. Designed to host visiting dignitaries, celebrities, and international guests, the development combines luxury accommodation with panoramic 360-degree views of Auckland’s most iconic landmarks, including the Sky Tower, Harbour Bridge, Rangitoto, and Mount Eden.
The project required a sophisticated and fully integrated building services solution to support premium hospitality experiences throughout the development. Our scope included complete electrical infrastructure, structured data systems, secure access control, MATV distribution, and public address systems across guest accommodation, back-of-house operations, and shared hotel facilities.
From architectural lighting and luxury suite services through to communications infrastructure, entertainment systems, and secure building access, our team delivered a high-quality installation aligned with the prestige and performance expectations of one of New Zealand’s premier hotel destinations.

VOCO-HIE Development – 58 Albert Street, Auckland
VOCO-HIE is a unique 39 storey, 140-meter-tall hotel development; with two independently operated hotel chains which are ‘stacked’ one above the other in a tower format. A total of 494 guest rooms will be provided. Selected key plant and equipment infrastructure is shared where possible, and the structural design has been refined to accommodate the differing hotel dimensional configurations. Callander Control were contracted to supply and install the wiring and BMS for the project.

Logo’s – Lot 3, 4 & 8 Solar
0174 & 0171 – Logos Lot 3 Warehouse – 50kW Solar Array
Callander Electrics completed the installation and certification for this 50kW solar installation at Lot3 utilizing our in-house solar team and management. Working directly with the builder, electrical consultant and Vector to get the installation design, commissioning requirements and Vector certifications necessary to hand-over the completed works to Greenstar standards.
0338 – Logos Lot 8 – 50kW Solar Array
Another Callander Electrics solar installation to Greenstar standards. This particular 50kW solar array involved additional planning, measuring and installation know-how to get the dimensions and layout perfect. Our experienced solar installation team were more than capable of providing this for our client along with the necessary documentation, certification and sign-off.
0351 & 0359 – Logos Lot 4 – 100kW Solar Array
A job in itself this 100 kW solar array was installed and commissioned as part of our main project works using our in-house solar team, electricians and management. Spanning over 1800 SqM Callander Electrics worked with the builder, electrical consultant, switchboard manufacturers and Vector to complete the installation, commissioning, specialised import/export metering and certification requirements. All of our workers are height and EWP trained and licenced in line with our Sitewise Gold Star health and safety rating.
