Callander Control Ltd completed the Electrical for Mechanical and BMS Control work at 151 Victoria Street.

151 Victoria Street is Auckland CBD’s latest 5-star office development, and construction is well ahead of schedule. The development consists of six floors of office accommodation with two levels of basement car parking. The net lettable area is approximately 18,600sqm with large floor plates comprising approximately 3,100sqm with a three-meter floor to ceiling stud height.

The 151 Victoria Street development is located in a prime CBD location, with Les Mills gym directly across the road, Victoria Park within two minutes walk, and within close proximity to conveniences of hotels and conference facilities e.g. Heritage and Sky City, and numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. The building will be built to a 5 green star rating ensuring high levels of fresh air, natural light, and other staff comfort initiatives. There will be on-site cycle/locker/shower facilities and up to 169 on-site secure basement carparks plus many more long-term parking options available nearby.

The 151 Victoria Street building will feature an impressive 20-meter high lobby atrium, a substantial landscaped courtyard, and due to the elevation of the site will boast expansive harbor views from the top office levels.
